Carleshia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Enterprise Management from the University of Missouri Kansas City, where she graduated in 2012 after beginning her studies at the University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff. She launched her real estate career in 2013, became a licensed broker in 2021, and remains passionate about helping clients build wealth and achieve their dreams through real estate.
